Perpetual Wealth Management has added five senior financial advisers, enhancing its team across Australia.

Michael Innes and Antony Pupovac will join the private clients division in Queensland as partners in May.

Sandra Kent and Laura Bosman will become senior financial advisers in the Western Australia private clients team later this month.

Additionally, Patrick Malone has recently taken on the role of partner, overseeing Priority Life, a risk advisory segment within Perpetual Wealth Management.

The recruitment of Kent and Bosman is expected to bolster the firm’s ‘Advice for Women, by Women’ initiative, which was launched in October 2024.

This programme aims to address the specific financial needs of women, fostering an inclusive advisory environment.

Currently, nearly 60% of the advisory team at Perpetual Wealth Management comprises women, while women account for around 40% of the client base.

Perpetual Wealth Management CEO Mark Smith said: “As one of Australia’s premier providers of multi-disciplinary wealth management services for high net worth clients, we’re thrilled to have such great talent joining our business and welcome this group of advice professionals to Perpetual.

“The depth and breadth of their experience and skillset, coupled with our strong and dedicated existing teams will play an important role in the continued growth and success of our business.”

As of 31 March 2025, the firm reported over $21bn in Funds Under Advice, with net inflows of $0.9bn recorded during the March quarter.

“Perpetual Wealth Management expands team with five appointments” was originally created and published by Private Banker International, a GlobalData owned brand.
