Mercer Global Advisors (Mercer Advisors) has acquired Lewis Wealth Management, a Denver, Colorado-based RIA.

This transaction is set to bolster Mercer Advisors’ assets under management (AUM) in Colorado, which currently stand at approximately $5.5bn across eight offices and a workforce of over 160 employees in the Denver area.

Lewis Wealth Management, led by Austin Lewis, manages around $75m in client assets and serves 40 clients, focusing on comprehensive financial planning.

Lewis employs an investment strategy that prioritises evidence-based management, long-term investment, and diversification.

Lewis said: “Joining Mercer Advisors provides me with the resources and support to serve my clients more comprehensively in the long term.

“Supported by this robust platform, I can focus on what matters most—helping our clients achieve their financial goals—while ensuring they benefit from a broader range of services and expertise.”

The acquisition will enable Lewis Wealth Management to leverage Mercer Advisors’ extensive range of services, which includes family office solutions, back-office support, and specialised investment resources.

Since moving its headquarters to Denver in 2017, Mercer Advisors has expanded its services to over 2,200 families in the area.

In February this year, Mercer Advisors acquired Financial Partners Group (FPG), an investment advisory firm based in Gallatin, Tennessee, for an undisclosed amount.
